He completed his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering at the University of Virginia in 2009 and then earned his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry in 2013. Following his passion for surgery, he went on to residency training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) at Baylor University Medical Center and Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. After residency, Dr. Archer began his military career, first serving as the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon on the aircraft carrier USS Gerald R.
